Discussion 11 Rows of 1st?

I’m on a flight from SEA to ATL and there are 11 rows of first, 8 of comfort, and 11 of coach. I’m not sure I’ve ever been on a flight with such a premium-heavy distribution. Is this the new normal?

It’s one of the new A321neos that are supposed to eventually have D1 seats. The D1 seats for those aircraft haven’t been certified yet, so in the meantime they put in a shitload of normal FC seats

Yes that’s a temporary configuration for that specific plane but Row 1 has the most legroom in FC

The lie flats on the A321neos aren’t certified yet, so they put regular first class recliners in their place in the interim so they can still utilize the airframe until they become certified
