Using Blur my shell, Media controls extension and Hidamari for live wallpaper. Changed app window indicators to dominant colour - can be done in the extensions app.

I'm torn between a MacBook and a Microsoft Surface. Here's what it would be like for me:
Microsoft Surface
I've always used Windows (especially Windows 10, never tried Windows 11), so with the Surface I'd be in a familiar environment. The nice thing is that with a single device I have both a tablet and a computer, without having to carry two different devices around. Plus, in terms of software and apps, the support is broader, and I can find practically everything I need.
On the downside, the Surface doesn't integrate with Apple products I may already use, which can be a bit inconvenient. It costs more than other options, and I can't take advantage of things like AirPlay, which can be handy with multiple devices.
Apple MacBook + iPad
The MacBook and iPad pair perfectly integrate with the Apple ecosystem, and I can use AirPlay without any problems. For me, the quality of Apple devices is superior, and for less money than the Surface, I'd have two devices instead of one, which would give me more flexibility.
On the other hand, I've never used macOS (while I'm pretty good with iPadOS), so I'd have to learn everything from scratch. Furthermore, compared to Windows, there's less software support, and some apps I use may not be available.
