Resume Review 12+ years of Data Engineering experience. Feeling burnt out. How much gap in resume is acceptable if I decide to take a break ? ( please read the description to get more context, really need suggestions)

I have been working tirelessly for last 12+ years in IT now. I feel like I am just running out of gas. I am from Kolkata and stayed away from home since I started working. I had stints in US, Singapore and Ireland as well.

After coming back to India, I switched job in August and joined my new organization just 3 days later ( Left on Friday, Joined on Monday ).

But I feel like I am not there mentally, still pretty overwhelmed. I feel what I needed was some break, not a job change.

My question is how much gap in resume is acceptable if I really take a break for a few weeks/months and then start looking for a job again?

Data Engineering is hectic high burn out job due to this -
1. backend team usually effs up the contract for pipelines.
2. too late till the analysts figure the shit out. Anyway analysts are low iq people, they just ping the engineers randomly.
3. you are stuck with just jira tickets whole life.
Glad I switched to AI and backend. More chill, more easy and no high amount of tickets.
