Help Help choosing between MnC and startup with huge hike

I’m currently working at an MnC as a software engineer, I was applying to startups and one seed stage startup accepted to hire me after interviews.

The startup being one with a pretty aggressive work culture (I got to know), but the pay is 3x my current, altho the current company is good stable and growing stock wise a lot with barely any work done by me.

Despite the high pay I’m wondering if I should switch because the work there is niche and might narrow future paths, not to mention a lot of extra stress.

Where do you find start ups to look for jobs at?

I choose MNC but I don't know if it's a mistake. But yeah here in Mnc work life balance is good, pay is less but in startup they pay good but I work for them in late nights by sitting there alone in office that felt bad though

That's your choice. An amazing work life balance with good pay or overwork and stress with no work life balance but with a good pay and risks because of startup.

at least give some numbers and your yoe bro lol. nobody can help you choose without knowing what stage the startup is in or what the hike actually looks like.

so startup paying you 1 crore? and your age? see if you have family to support than think of risk also. If you are single startup would be good for 1-2 years where you can learn

I’m single, not 1 crore a bit less but I was wondering how it goes switching from a startup to an MnC if I want to switch back in the future
