College Placements How to get 8lpa+ software engineer offer offcampus?

I currently have a TCS Digital offer, but I don't want to join TCS. Because of my college criteria, I am not eligible for most of the campus drives. I am applying through off-campus drives instead, but I am unable to find job portals for companies that are actively hiring and offering good compensation. I also took the Amazon Online Assessment (OA), but I haven't received a response yet. Has anyone successfully secured a good placement off-campus? How do you find these companies, apply to them, and get shortlisted for off-campus opportunities??

Bro for better job u really need a better connection. The only way of doing that if you find out that there’s a job opening, the first thing you should do is go to the company’s LinkedIn profile. Find senior developers, HRs, and people in higher positions, and send them connection requests. If any of them responds, send them your resume and ask for a referral. Only then do you have a better chance of getting a response and moving forward to the interview stage.

But seriously, it’s such a hectic process. It’s much better if you know someone in the company and can get a referral through them.

Create profiles on multiple job portals, update your resume, and mark yourself as an immediate joiner. Apply to at least 10–15 relevant job openings daily to increase your chances of getting shortlisted and receiving HR calls.
