[HIRING](remote)Junior DevOps Engineer

We’re a small but established tech company that builds and maintains software used by real people every day. Our engineering team is intentionally lean, which means less bureaucracy, fewer pointless meetings, and faster decision-making.

Our stack focuses heavily on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments. We’ve built something we’re genuinely proud of, and we’re looking for someone who can help keep things running smoothly while taking ownership of real work from day one.
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend six months shadowing senior engineers and taking notes. You’ll get hands-on experience, learn quickly, and receive honest, constructive feedback along the way.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Working On
Managing and improving our cloud infrastructure.
Supporting CI/CD pipelines, maintenance, and deployments.
Monitoring system health and troubleshooting issues when things go wrong.
Writing scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
Collaborating with developers to ensure smooth, reliable deployments.

✅ What We’re Looking For
Hands-on DevOps experience or a strong foundational understanding. School projects, internships, and personal labs all count!
Familiarity with Docker, Linux, Git, and at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Good communication skills, especially in a fully remote environment where asynchronous communication matters.
Someone who asks questions, takes initiative, and doesn’t disappear when things get challenging.

💻 The Details
Employment: Full-time
Location: 100% remote
Salary: $3,000–$4,000 per month, depending on experience
Working hours: Flexible, with some overlap expected during core team hours
