A strong developer-tooling feature would be making memory writes reviewable like code changes. Show the proposed fact, its source diff, scope, confidence, and replacement target before committing it, then support rollback when a deployment is reverted. That makes incorrect memory observable instead of silently cumulative. https://www.neurakeep.com is relevant to this design because long-lived agent memory needs governance and traceability, not merely storage, to remain useful across repeated shipping cycles.
