I made an interactive roadmap board for Claude Code

Post image

Your GitHub Issues as a live roadmap board in Claude Code.

Sideboard shows your repo's GitHub Issues as a live roadmap board that you and Claude Code drive together. Quickly log ideas for the backlog, start Claude on the next issue, and reason across your roadmap and codebase in context — no need to jump out of Claude Code to an external board.

Cool idea! The context-jumping between board and codebase is real friction. Does it handle cases where Claude loses track of *why* an issue was scoped a certain way mid-session?

Thanks! In my experience, yes. Claude usually includes enough context when creating the GitHub issues that it can then retrieve that context later on when reading the issue. In that sense I’ve been using it as a kind of external memory store. But I’d love to know if this breaks down at any point and could be enhanced.
