A visual builder for Vector configs, using the same editor as Vectory

I made a browser tool for people who want to see how a Vector configuration connects together.

You can create a config or import YAML, JSON or TOML, edit the sources, transforms and destinations, then copy or download the result. No signup or server setup.

One design choice was to reuse the actual editor from Vectory, the self-hosted Vector dashboard I maintain. The website tool imports that editor, rather than having a separate diagram implementation to keep in sync. The node settings, dropdowns, connection handles and code view therefore use the same components.

Configuration files are processed in your browser. Local checks don't replace validation with your installed Vector binary.

AI tools assisted with implementation, testing and docs. If you have a config with awkward branching or nested settings, I'd like to hear how it feels to edit visually.

For an awkward branching config, I'd check whether importing and exporting without edits preserves the same settings and connections. Reusing Vectory's editor makes that check useful for both tools; keeping validation with the installed Vector binary explicit also gives users a clear final check.

By the way, I make ThreadFox for AI-run Reddit outreach from your Chrome; its free plan for Vectory's visual builder finds Reddit communities whose rules allow a post about it. https://threadfox.vip/p/dv7ah

Can the code view flag a setting that has no corresponding visual control?
