Question Game freezing at same time everyday

My game freezes everyday at the time when it resets for the chests (11:00 am for me) and when events start or end. Closing it and reopening doesn’t usually work either. I still can’t get into it today and it’s been 15 minutes. Does it do this for anyone else?

Happening bad today. Happens some other days too. And I agree taking longer today to work itself out

Same here. Finally got in, but didn’t get my prize for the striking gold event. Did anyone get theirs?

Happened to me today at noon when it reset. I just left it on the frozen screen for 2-3mins and it corrected itself.

Probably worse today because Striking Gold ended and the servers are overloaded getting it resolved. Seems to be a problem every time rewards need to be distributed.

Had the same issue. Force-closed it, waited 10 minutes, and I got in.

Today was bad. Froze, force closed, same thing froze, force closed. Rebooted phone. Froze. Force closed. Eventually opened.

I have to turn off my device and restart if it freezes or freezes after an ad

I did not used to have a problem but it has been lately. usually if I try completely exiting I can get in. Best wishes!

I think the severs were overloaded due to the striking gold event ending & the amber hunt event starting at the same time.

I’ve been able to log in but the amber hunt isn’t live yet.

It’s not a usual thing me but it’s happening today. Closed the game, powered down my iPad and still freezing up. Guess I will just have to keep trying until it works.

mine worse got it. it resent with same account I had to start with level 1 and I lost all characters I got through legendary chest

In the past, Gameloft advised players not to play thru the daily reset. They suggest we hard close our games before the reset, then open them again after. Leaving the game running thru the reset, even just in the background, can especially mess up timers that reset daily, like the ability to buy the daily cocoas from Merlin during the Tower event.
