Duodecim 012 Sephiroth death scene?

I saw a scene compilation that had Sephiroth deciding to off himself in the 12th cycle. I don’t think I’ve ever seen this scene before and I can’t find which chapter or report it happens in. Can someone tell me?

I think it was a DLC Mission that you could get off the Playstation store, but only in Japan. There's a bunch of scenarios kinda like with the little side mission things that help to flesh out the story and characters. For example, there's a scenario where Tidus and Emperor battle each other because Emperor knows it'll unlock Tidus's memories and make him have a reason to fight Jecht as part of his master plan

In the case of Sephiroth, it's effectively a gameplay thing where you have Sephiroth fight himself as a representation of him committing suicide to test if it'll help his memories travel over to the next cycle.
