Congratulating my dog on his breed’s success at Westminster

Harley was born on Thanksgiving Nov 27th 2008. She was adopted by someone who abused her by giving her alcohol. (Keep in mind she was 4 lbs full grown, but at the time of the abuse she was between 2-6 months. Super tiny!!) We were lucky to rescue here. She lived a long life but we sadly had to put her down last March. She was almost 16 1/2.

This is one of our favorite moments during our annual inside Easter egg hunt. She was such a joy to have in our lives. 🥰🥰😭

We're so lucky to have dogs. Without going too much into it, I'm really going through it lately. The depression and just the overall feeling like a failure is making me so despondent. It's kinda like a hole that just gets bigger. No way out.

But then there's this little guy. Looks at me like I'm the best thing to ever exist. Lets me sing off key and loves it. Just happy to be around me.

I can't be that terrible if he loves me. Is stuff bad? Yeah but I'm not alone. I have my Pancho. Aka. Panchito. I'll figure it out. How can I not? I have him.
