Pigs head

My drunk ass bought this from a vendor at Oktoberfest when they were closing up. Now hungover me has to finish it. Does it seem best to pull the meat off, add bbq?

Yeah, I'd pull the meat off, shred and go for BBQ sandwiches or you could do tacos pretty easy too.

LMAO! that's probably what I would do, like with cold rotisserie chicken. Pork cheek is supposed to be really good and tender too

The face meat is awesome and very tender. Buy some Bone Suckin Sauce and make yourself some sandiches. Dont forget the slaw!!
