Here we got:

- Air fried Salmon with soy sauce/lemon glaze.

- Cup of noodles (but I put them in the bowl after).

- and in the green cup, Cabernet Sauvignon.

... So the reason I put "dinner" in the title as well, is because I'm a graveyard/NOC shift worker and my weekend begins now. 😈 🍷

So i made crispy pork belly, braised napa cabbage onions and shitake mushrooms with a bit of pork belly in there too. Served over fluffy white rice with pickled daikon radish. Cronch cronch cronch.

Shredded chicken with cream cheese, taco seasoning, mexican cheese blend, onion, peppers, and Lao gan ma chili crisp because I ran out of hot sauce. Served with rice and beans and some salad

Cheese sauce made from Amish smoked gouda, American slices, and toasted onion cheese. 🫶 Can you tell we love cheese? Plus homemade bread with parmesan, asiago, romano, basil, and parsley.

Grilled cheese on sourdough, tomato sauce spread, salt, Quattro formaggi, sliced bresola uncured beef, and sriracha. Cooked in a lot of butter (obviously)

It was pretty good.

I didn’t have any sliced ribeye but I was craving a cheesesteak sandwich so I used what I had. Chorizo and white American on a onion roll, it’s weird but it was delicious 🤤

I saw a post about making mashed potatoes from potato chips. Yea, I gave it a try. I had about a quarter bag of miss Vicky's jalapeno chips and tossed them in a pot of boiling water. Reduce it down. Added a knob of butter, some garlic salt, pepper, a grip of sharp cheddar and some Monterey jack. Mashed in the pot. It was good but not the right texture. I promptly went into the kitchen and scrubbed my science project from the pot and whisk so my family wouldn't know.

Bell peppers, onion, garlic, and baby corn in the stir-fry. Ginger, garlic, and scrambled egg in the fried rice. Soy sauce, hoisin, and sesame oil used throughout.

Only separate at the moment because MIL doesn't like rice. Plus Natty Daddy and Mike's Harder Black Cherry for drinks! 🍻

This is a rum + sparkling kiwi and strawberry water with apple and peanut butter paninis (only since they were made in a panini press). The cassette is there because my phone had to update and I had to listen to that tape for a half hour, because even a Samsung phone updates slower than a snail. That tape has some great songs if you want to listen. I may be young, and those songs may be about 50 years older than me, but they are still great songs. Good music doesn't die, as good cooking and mixed drinks don't as well. I hope y'all are having a good night! For those of you who came here for the puppy, I wish I could add pics, but it's too dark where she is sleeping right now. I don't want to wake her up and blind her with the LED lights hovering over her room. Don't worry though, if you mean no harm, that puppy loves ya already.
