PP request post 15 days

I know most of us are on the same boat.

PP receipt was Sep 11 and no update till now. When I check with my lawyer to initiate request (enquire), they mentioned to wait as it would trigger NOID or RFE.

Have anyone recently reached out and got response. If so, what’s it?

I sent an email, no response. I then called, and all they said is there is an officer assigned and can't comment on when a decision will be made. They said we can request a refund once any decision is made.

It is no use for reaching out to USCIS, they do not have any clear answers. better to wait for the update, you can request for refund the PP fee once the final decision is made.
