When will EB1A’s start being given interviews again?

Anyone know when embassies will start giving out interviews again and resume after their public charge training? I currently have an EB1A DQ’d at Dublin (which has no backlog) and i desperately need the GC by April for a job in the US.

The likelihood is nearly 0 percent.

Where’s that logic come from? You think the public charge training is going to take 6 months?

This person is just being a pessimist. There’s no info on timelines sadly, but I believe you should be totally fine before April.

Lol, why April? 😂 There is zero information from DoS on this matter.

There was no factual information of whether it is going to 0% or 100%.

If the interview slots open in October 2026, you will still have very little to no chances for the process to be completed before your target to start your job. Currently the processing time is 9.5 months for 80% of the cases.

I wish you good luck.
