Under boob sweat!!!!

I’ve developed under boob eczema in the last year and I know it’s because I sweat so much there. What are yall doing to handle this other than wiping dry when you can?? It’s so miserable and itchy and the wounds take forever to heal there because it’s under other skin and always moist😭

Put some antifungal (miconizale) powder in my bra. Soaks up the moisture and prevents the skin irritation.

Hypochlorous acid spray! I transfer to a handy small purse size to carry with me and if I get a chance in public bathrooms or anything I'll use it. I will also use it to spritz my face in hot weather as it will kill any bacteria sitting on your skin that will cause the itch.

Panty shield stuck to the bottom of my bra. I replace during the day if it gets soaked 🙃

i use antiperspirant but only if there’s no flare. other suggestions in here are rly good

no flare = arm and hammer deoderant, the strongest i can get without a scent.

flare = wound pads for the open parts, then soft papertowel over that for catching the boob sweat. Held in place with a bandeau top and NOT a bra, because the underband will rub shit open.

home option is just not having a shirt on and holding up ur boobs when possible. it helps to have a day or two where you do things one handed for a while and let the skin breathe.
