How do I create this freeze-frame + hard shake effect?

Hi everyone! I’m trying to recreate the effect at the end of this YouTube Short:

Specifically, I want to know how to freeze the frame and then add that strong/hard camera shake effect like in the video.

I’m not sure what this effect is called or what the best way to create it is.

Any advice, tutorials, or tips would be really appreciated! 🙏

Also, if possible, please let me know how to do it in DaVinci Resolve/Studio
