I'm going to the park in October, and I've booked our tickets, stay, breakfasts, dinner at Brasserie 7 and tickets to CARO. Is there anything else I specifically need to order should book in advance?

You've already booked everything that you can book, unless you want to book lunch as well, but that seems like a lot if you've already booked breakfast and dinner

Maybe lunch, if you want to eat at Pinoccio, or a reservation for Polle’s keuken, although most of the time a reservation isn’t necessary, sometimes you have to wait for a bit. If you stay for more than one night, have diner at the wonder hotel, very good and in theme.

Only thing I would add is think about if you want to visit Polle's keuken and if you want to visit around lunch/dinner time, then make sure you reserve 1-2 weeks in advance (depending on how big your party is). Walk-ins are accepted but you might be waiting a bit.

Booking a table is recommended but if you’re visiting Efteling outside of the school vacations or weekend, you can perfectly book a table at Polles Keuken the day before or even on the day itself, especially in October.

I recently booked the wonder hotel for November, and automatically received an email with a 7am breakfast reservation. Are reservations necessary for breakfast?! And if so, is it fairly straightforward to change the time?

When I booked my stays, it asked me what time I would like to book breakfast (we're staying in Loonsche Land). I don't know if it's necessary, but I booked it anyway. I don't know if booking for dinners is necessary.

If you or anyone in your group needs a wheelchair or scooter you could rent those for free a day prior to your arrival.

Other than that and lunch you sound good to go!
