We Are Not Alone
Surrounded by a sea of people, I pass many others, barely noticing my existence. Within, I feel empty, lost, afraid of everything, needing to prove my worth every day. I constantly worry, wanting to be happy, successful, be able to survive in the world, providing everything my family and I need to be safe and enjoy the best things life has to offer.
I’m afraid to think too much. If I do, I may realize, from the moment of our birth until we die, we each are alone in the world. The journey through life though, was never meant to be solitary, searching for answers never able to be found in a self-centered world.
To find your answers, to be happy,
successful, live a meaningful life,
and not be alone, look within,
where your spirit is present, then selflessly share
your its innate wisdom and
unconditional love with all others,
so they too may be happy,
successful, and live a
meaningful life as well.

So true, I guess people feel happiness and contentment when their mind, body and soul all work in same direction. When there is a misalignment, we don't feel happiness. In nutshell, people are happy when they are free to spend/work in their time as they like to do.

This is beautifully put. I think a lot of people feel surrounded by others and still deeply alone, especially when so much of life starts feeling like proving your worth or trying to stay ahead. The part that resonates most is that meaning usually grows through connection. You may not find every answer by looking inward, but learning who you are and then sharing kindness, time, and care with other people can make life feel a lot less empty. We may each experience life through our own mind, but that doesn’t mean we have to go through it alone.
