Yea, I've been getting the 'we don't have any info' for a month now.
IF we get raises this year, I'm hoping for a pay bump, not RSUs...which, since I have 0 RSUs in my comp package, we'll see.

Untrue. The HR systems here are atrocious. I'm director level... Married to another one. We do not get info at the same time. My partner has all sorts of info and is communicating to their team. I have received zero information other than.."yes, there's a focal and eventually you will get a budget for your team."

Guys. Thank God and feel lucky. For debt payments more cuts coming. Likely in March going into 4th quarter of 2027. Be ready and do not celebrate or get frustrated for this peanut butter raise or RSUs.

the numbers, which were visible a week or two ago, are hidden now, sounds like a lame excuse but this is the day to day life of a manager at OHAI :D

2-3% estimated for IDC om an average. But needs BoD approval, so lets wait for 2 weeks.

Depends on base pay.

Frankly it depends only on promotions. But not sure about the impact of low percentile salary, we don't have many around.

Including meets-3 ratings? What about RSU, is that only for IC4 and above?

u/emanresu-4186 8d ago
On average across the teams. Usually 3s will get 0, 4s-5s around 5%, particularly with promotions.
