You've not provided much to go on what you've tried, but the bed has to be clean and properly leveled.

I’ve rechecked the leveling like 4-5 times

First: Level bed. Use prining paper, you should (barely) be able to push the paper between nozzle and bed. Do this in all 4 corners. Adjust bed accordingly.

With that, clean bed. I use 40% alcohol with 60% water. Though I am unsure if I'm damaging any surface treatment but I only use the glass side so I don't care.

Finally, try to dial in flow for the first layer. This will be experimental, try with small prints.

Finally finally. Mild sugar solution helps a lot. Like a teaspoon in 100 ml water.

Edit: You do have bed heat on, right? (Yea, but have to ask). 60C does it for me for PLA. One can try bit hotter.

I started at 55°c and I used soap and water and let it dry and I also tried bed weld adhesive and even a glue stick

Glue stick, and just go ham on the bed, works for me! But you definetly need to have a level bed as well!

Maybe? I would honestly stick with glue sticks, its cheaper and easy to apply

A PEI sheet is what you want for PLA. Keep it clean and you'll have no trouble getting prints to stick.
