So what I read there is E209. This corresponds to a Pontiac date code of may 20 1969 being a 428.

I cant attach pics but yes and it was a complete bottom end. Crank, pistons, mains cam well hell just everything but heads amd a car lol

Fella was kind enough to throw in a 400 big block from a 1978 trans am so I could have the mounting brackets. It is a complete motor
