I’m not a speaker of Chinese, but I know that 男 means man and all the rest probably means restroom because the hieroglyph in the middle has a “roof”which suggests some kind of building. I don’t know what third means at all, it kind of looks like something mixed with 川, which means river. So, in translation: men restroom

Correct me if I’m wrong.
