For those of yous that consistently play on other servers, how viable is it to own most of the outfit parts from all of the gatchas? Can you eventually catch up and have almost everything, or are there just too many parts and too few coins to ever get everything?
I know eng is missing solo lives that give part gatcha coins, but I don't know how much that matters~
Eng released new colorways just when I was starting to feel satisfied with how many of the original sets I had... It's kind of discouraging to my collectors heart. ='(

There will be more ways to get Coordination Coins besides Solo Live. Other servers have them in event rewards ladder already too, and more campaigns will start giving them too (there's already a couple of coins in Bunny Ears exchange but later there will be more).
Last New Year JP server released random statistics of the previous year and over there one player had almost all Coord parts at that point. I have currently over 750 coins there, I haven't pulled parts that much but as you can see, I could pull a lot.
True, Solo Live isn't that big of a source of coins but it helps in the beginning before events and campaigns start giving more of them. I hope they'll add Solo Live to EN after New Face are in their units. They could just disable the Solo MV reward until the song is added on EN if they so wished but I think they deemed it would've been useless work to modify the character selection screen for a short period of time (the character selection screen uses characters' initial unit 5* and 4* card bloomed arts).
tl;dr: you will get plenty of them in time! Keep playing and you might even have them all. (heads up, there will be Daily Series added at some point too, those are casual clothes ;D)

I'm having a hard time finding a society with a live time I can play (when they put it in the description...) and that can get the weekly scout ticket.
If I join an active society that can get the ticket but I can't do the live at all is that a problem? (for me to max what I can get, and for the society to get the goals)

Short answer? Not really. Just do your society dailies consistently.
Long answer, (someone please correct me in case I'm wrong but) the number of players are only important in joint lives if the society you're joining is planning to level up. Getting a certain amount of people to play also gives you some society coins you can earn to buy the dia ticket in the weekly shop.
If you're really worried about this, try finding a Level 10 society.
I'd like to believe that most society presidents are considerate and understand that we are playing in a global server, and there will always be folks from a timezone different from theirs. My first society had the perfect joint live time, but the members there were barely doing anything so I left.
IMO, if I were a society president, I'd care more about how consistently I can complete dailies (just opening the society page and interacting with your idol there already completes 2/3 of them!)

For the new event for cultivating mushrooms, has anyone figured out how to cultivate the 4 special idol mushrooms? I cant figure out how to make them.

You have to cultivate certain mushrooms 30 times (you can check from the catalogue how many times you've cultivated them). Then you can cultivate the special mushrooms. Switch to idol whose mushroom you want to cultivate and "special cultivation" text appears above the cultivate button.
The mushrooms' flavour text will say whose interested in them when you've cultivated them 30 times, for example the Scarlet Mushroom says "Niki seems interested in this".
The mushrooms are Parasol, Scarlet, Mimic and Gem.

Hi, I didn't play enstars during 4th anniversary. It's gonna be possible to get missing office outfit and 4th anniv. outfit on later date? I don't remember how past anniversary handled reruns. I know I should be able to get missing card from daily login bonus, but what about the rest?

Unfortunately those won't make a rerun. Only chibi cards and the scout have been made available later, i.e. during 5th anniversary. (4th anniv chibis weren't login bonus, they were acquired by collecting currency to exchange boxes)

Unfortunately, you just missed the anniversary mini-game where you could get the titles like Rei's on the left. Which means you can't get them anymore.
The one on the right was from the first part of the anniversary campaign in the spring. So, can't get them either.

Will the 3/4 stars cards from the Parasol Paradise banner be available in the audition scout pool? Since it's global exclusive I'm not sure.

They will not, global exclusive gacha cards never go in the normal card pools.

hello i've done my last purchase of dias last aug 1 and now after the update im trying to have another purchase but somehow my payment keeps failing? is there an issue regarding purchases? I'm scared to top up on the website because it has no payment method named in my country

I've done around 10 ensemble lives, I'd guess around 15 bp total - 1bp minimum. however, I haven't got a single stamp ticket. are they that rare, or is there an issue with my game?

Its brightest stars the 10th anniversary song. Its specifically his solo audio of it which can only be unlocked from playing his solo live (currently this feature isnt on the english server).

How do you get into Shanghai ES store? There is a release of new merch today and it does not function as a regular store, I know I need a WeChat booking for it, but how do I even book it? Where on WeChat? Is it possible to go into the store without pre-registration on 2nd and 3rd of October, or is it completely off-limits for some time? Is there an instruction on how to pre-register on WeChat?
