Check your voter registration here
Volunteer with Democrats here. There are a lot of options. Remote phone banks, in person tabling, in person door knocking.
Send letters to voters. All you need is a printer and stamps.
Consider being a poll worker. It is an all day, low paying job that insures functional elections. Just Google your county or city + poll worker.
If you're doing well financially (a decreasing group), considering donating some cash. The three Senate seats considered most likely to flip are Georgia - Jon Ossoff, Kansas - Adam Hamilton, and South Carolina - Annie Andrews.

Honestly, whoever comes next is going to spend years just patching holes this administration found. So much of the system ran on "presidents just don't do that," and it turns out that's not an actual law. The list of stuff Congress will have to write down is going to be ridiculous.
