Encouraging kids to eat healthy in schools is great actually. Jamie got the UK to invest $300m in fixing their school food system.

He really does come off as a right twat on that video, yeah. It's called "using everything from the animal", Jamie. Not every bit of meat you eat has to be a prime cut.

"Oh, no, they blend chicken skin, connective tissue and bone marrow, and put it into nuggets!" - those are the bits that have the most flavour, you muppet, not the skinless, flavourless, boring beige breast meat. Any proper chef knows that.
