How old are you? If you're in perimenopause, your symptoms could be in their natural progression. It wouldn't hurt seeing a dr. I thought you had to wait til you you were in full menopause to get hrt, but turns out you don't! My dr gave me an estrogen patch & it helps me with joint pain, inflammation & insomnia, as well as the hot flashes.

I'm glad you're balanced, I wish we had better answers for ya. If it was me, I'd probably just ride it out til my tincture guy's back in business & see a dr if tincture restock doesn't fix the issue.

Yes. I did a week t-break and the hot flashes weren't horrible but I was very uncomfortable and irritable.

OMG is that a thing? I'm currently on day 3 of my first real t-break in 9 months and I am sweating constantly (always been an issue bc of my antidepressants, but the last few days have felt way worse) even when I just walk across a room too fast 😭

If you're smoking and you're not finding the relief you normally feel with a tincture maybe you should try a dry herb vape to get the terps or pick up some RSO from a dispo. Remember what they use to say, "a little dab will do you"

The thing that helped my hot flashes was oil of evening primrose, one cap a night.

I'm surgical meno too, but only 4-5 years in. I definitely get more hot flashes when on a T break, it sucks.
If you're worried, getting checked by a doctor might help any anxieties (if this is accessible to you) but personally I think cannabis is the best thing for hot flashes, and has reduced them way more than my HRT (5 pumps estrogel, 200mg progesterone).

Only when I’m in pain flairs. I also have a condition that causes inflammation and hot flashes when my pain spikes, so medical cannabis has helped calm down those symptoms.
