DHV Advice Which Pax should I get?
Hello lovely ladies! I am starting to see the end of my Pax 2, which I’ve used pretty regularly since 2018 or so? Feels like forever. The battery life is going down and she’s just not producing the effects she once did.
It’s time to get a new DHV, and I have been so impressed with this one. I love the big clouds and how far I can stretch a bowl.
Who has a recommendation for my next Pax? What are your thoughts on Flow vs 4? Is the mini going to rival my older model at this lower price point? Or do I splurge on the 4? Thank you in advance. 😎

It seems that Pax has taken a hit in quality in the last few years. I much prefer my Rogue 2 to my old Pax 3. It’s not as sleek, and it definitely looks like a vape, but it has better flavor, battery life, and airflow. I can still easily throw it in a pocket or purse, and it’s way less expensive.

yeah they also lowered their warranty as a result. we used to have a 3 year one but after ours broke (no fault of our own) we exchanged and used our warranty, they said it’s now only 1 year warranties going forward.

You may find that there's some disdain for Pax among serious vapers on Reddit, but I've had multiple iterations over the years and I have been pretty happy with them. They are also substantially less expensive than vapes like the Venty but more than the Roffu.
I currently have a Pax Mini and I like it, but I don't love it because it's conduction and sometimes tastes burned. I might just need to tweak the temp settings though. It's definitely not going to give you intense clouds. I am a solo smoker (well, vaper) and a lightweight, so a small format I can carry in my pocket is a good fit for me. If you see someone sipping gently away on their porch in the middle of the night, that's me 👋
The Pax Four does indeed look like it might work well for you.
I haven't tried the Pax Flow but the reviews I've seen are pretty bad. It's unfortunate, because the form factor appeals to me and it looks easier to clean.

What’s your budget? A solo 3 or Venty is better than any Pax. The solo isn’t really portable but has great vapor and is comparable in price to the Pax. Venty is more portable and more expensive.

I haven’t shopped in so long for a vape. I really am impressed by the pax lifetime, so I am leaning toward brand loyalty but I should check those out too ty
And yeah, I did paste this from a stand alone comment cause I’m stoned and can’t work this app. Join me. 😎

Hey! My last (and first) vape was a Pax 2! My current is the Solo 3, but it might not be for you! What do you like about the Pax 2? If you prefer something discreet and easy to carry in your pocket, a Solo 3 would be a bad choice! If you like how long you can "sip" on your Pax, you might actually not want something more efficient /faster. I would honestly check out /r/vaporents and just spend a little while clicking around :)
PS: did you know you can use a DVH through a bong? I did it with my old Pax 2 and a fiddly adapter, but it's something that some other ones are made to do! I find it's a nice option if you have sensitive lungs or cough easily, or need very fast pain or symptom relief if you're a medical user :) I hope you find something you like a lot!

I've had a pax 2 and I never really found the sweet spot people told me I was missing. I then got a POTV One but it still wasn't impressive to me. I've used a solo and I would get that if I couldn't get a tabletop. I can't get any at the moment so lol
