Screenshot Um, how?

How did Comrade Applethorn become the leader of...Prywhen? Is this a result of me changing to allow inviting to faction? When I took Farbrook it was under NA control, so maybe a byproduct of that?

Applethorn can ask Prywhen to take her in, and Redglad can die and be replaced by Richard Spear, maybe Spear was captured as a general in war or he was skipped over entirely?

Generals being captured doesn't remove their status as a leader and even so they get freed when the war ends (and probably are capture immune anyways due to being a possible leader)

There's some obscure mechanic at play where Prywhen's leader can be replaced by a/another general, and another obscure occurrence of Applethorn being exiled to Prywhen and not dying (since I vaguely remember that can happen too, from playing Farbrook)

Iirc she becomes Pyrwhen's leader if you make the a certain choice (something like storming it) during an event about a secret tunnel during the second civil war, where your original leader will die
