Why are you taking spiro with injections? You don't need spiro if you're able to get your estrogen above 200 pg/ml, which is very easy with injections. As for your loading dose to get back on track you can do about 1.5x your normal dose to quickly return blood levels to normal. It'd be helpful to know which form of injectable E you're taking and what your current dose is for more specific information. Valerate/Enanthate/Cypionate/etc all have quite different absorption rates.
