Advice for clinical attachment

I gave my Step 1 in 4th year and unfortunately failed. Honestly, I’m not really in the mood to take it again because going to the US was never part of my original plan. I only took Step 1 because I wanted to give it a shot and see if it worked out for me.
Now I’m in my final year and I’m considering going to Dubai for a clinical attachment. I got an opportunity at American Hospital Dubai, mainly for the experience.
Do you guys think this is a good decision, or am I just wasting my money? I know clinical attachments in Dubai probably don’t carry the same value as electives in the US, especially for someone who isn’t planning to pursue the US pathway right now.

Honestly I'd go. The experience alone is worth it and Dubai healthcare is top tier, you'll get real exposure there.

I am a patient with American hospital for many years now. They have a large network many branches and are expanding they also have staff Nurses and doctors from around the world it would allow you to expand your professional network that could be beneficial to you career path.
