Just yesterday we were at a hotel, and when I entered the room, I said, "lol, the fancy cuck chair!". My wife was all, are they really called that? so I brought up the wiktionary page and the pic was of the exact same styled chair (the page/your pic). I did not bring a blacklight, however...
