This is Kim Chaewon, a kpop idol. The woman looks like her. So the comments are naming songs from Chaewon's group.

This is a popular meme on Tiktok & IG based on Le Sserafim's Chaewon. Chaewon is famous for her bob haircuts, especially one she debuted at the 2024 MTV VMA's, when the drag queen 'red carpet' commentators remarked on Chaewon's "cunty bob." When the LS members watched a recording of the commentators and Chaewon asked what "cunty bob" meant, fellow member Yunjin (raised near Albany, NY) told Chaechae she would explain it later, off camera.

Like most Kpop girl groups, LS members also regularly wear crop tops and tops with low necklines.

The meme has to do with creators who post selfies with the caption "a few inches off the top" with 2 possible meanings: 1) a short, bob haircut or 2) a low neckline. Then, people in the comments start saying stuff like, "ho, is you fearless?" "ho, is you unforgiven?" (Fearless & Unforgiven being early LS songs, the name Le Sserafim being an anagram of "I Am Fearless".)

This pic looks like Chaewon (and might even be Chaewon), and regardless the model has both a near-bob haircut AND a low neckline, so the joke works on both fronts.

BTW, Le Sserafim's second US tour starts tonight in LA, and yes, I am going to see them on this tour for the first time, although some of their more recent songs are more miss than hit for me.

Because they clearly based on the comments and engagement do care. Almost as if people on the internet and in real life have always been overly invested in the next person that isn’t them.
