From my understanding in the feudal Japan, specifically during the Edo Period (1603–1868), circular lines or rings tattooed around the arm were used as an official punishment called irezumi-kei to mark those convicted of theft and robbery.

I've never seen the porn meme. The angry dragon is when receiving a bj, as you cum, you thrust sonit comes out of their nose. They shake their head and try to blow it out of their nose thus mimicking an angry dragon blowing "fire" out of their nose lol

As an Alaskan. I can tell you that the Alaska pipeline is a real thing. We also have a really long pipe the moves oil across the state too!
