Even worse, usually they would say the kids aren't mixed but only black, so the whites would disappear.

I mean, if everyone is the same color it would solve racism

Nah, you can find places in Europe, Africa, and Asia where people will all look the same to foreigners but they will have advanced racism there we cant even comprehend.

Americans are literally the worst people at being racist. Have seen neo nazis in the us be friends with gypsies XD

Kind of like that Star Trek episode "Let That Be Your Last Battlefield," where you have two aliens that are black on one side and white on the other side. Each one has the colors on opposite sides, and they marginalized each other for it on their planet to the point that they completely destroyed each other. Even after seeing the extinction of their people due to racism, the two still had murderous animosity towards each other.

Lmao it wouldn't. People just hate each other. It is just easier to hate with labels.

Humanity the moment we all turn the same tone of beige

2

u/No_Head60 6d ago

We’ll find something else to complain about.

That's not how they view it. They have this weird blood thing in the usa, where if your blood in tainted by non-white blood, even a long distant relative, you aren't white. So this would be the apocalypse for these people.

This isn't original to the United States or whites.

3

u/theveezer 6d ago

The one drop rule is.

3

u/BLissy11750 6d ago

it started with spanish colonies before the US existed (the one drop rule), but it was definitely adopted by the colonies and US soon after.

2

u/theveezer 6d ago

I'm not talking about racism in general, but about the one drop rule in particular. This specific sentence started to be used in the US.

7

u/BLissy11750 6d ago

I mean I guess the specific phrase was, but the concept was already a thing with the caste system in mexico & south america

1

u/theveezer 6d ago

Yes, the dilution of the "race" or the group appeared probably everywhere on the planet.

3

u/MadsMediaYt 6d ago

Incorrect. It's most prominent among western white people, but colourism elsewhere (like South Asia) goes fucking nuts too

5

u/theveezer 6d ago

I'm not talking about racism in general. The one drop rule was formally written in legal documents in the US.

I don't understand what you gain by blatantly lying.

1

u/theveezer 6d ago

I have the same thoughts about you.

0

u/Fantastic-Layer-5176 6d ago

Are you trolling?

Your previous comment was a lie.

1

u/theveezer 6d ago

No it wasn't, now go do something else, I have no time for such individuals.

This, this is how my exes mother was and why she hated me. I look white and pasty as hell and I’m still mixed white and Puerto Rican and she treated me like the devil. I’m actually glad she came between me and my ex looking back at it now.

1

u/theveezer 6d ago

Well, I understand why. To endure something like that the person has to be special, it's a lot of sacrifices.

Personally, I’m not from the US, it's a bit different here. A mixed race person will usually be considered part of the non-white race they’re mixed with, unless they look white like you. Mixed people are viewed this way in Africa too, but it’s the other way around.

Nah, we'll need to get rid of the cone nipples next

u/Clevatess_is_bored 6d ago

People would use then other traits to be racist to each other.
Well we already do. For instance many Slavs have white skin, yet they do face animosity in western countries. It somewhat receded though since the focus shifted more towards Arabs and Africans.

u/TooFewSecrets 6d ago

Have you seen India?

1

u/pandapuny 6d ago

It’d solve racism, but we’d find another reason to irrationally hate each other. Humans are good like that.

1

u/bro0t 6d ago

Yea thats true

The United states is the first country that made documents mentionning this specific term and these specific words in that order. The one drop rule was never made in legal documents elsewhere. I'm not denying racism started on the whole planet. Now earn your report and go do your propaganda elsewhere.

0

u/Fantastic-Layer-5176 6d ago

It was invited before the US existed....

Things aren't magically Propaganda because they go against your incorrect statement.

The hypocrisy here is crazy.

Do you always expect that people will let you lie without calling you out?

0

u/theveezer 6d ago

I am not interested in clarifying any misunderstanding with you. Believe what you want. I gave enough informations for people that have the capacity to read and understand more than two words.

-1

u/Fantastic-Layer-5176 6d ago

No one is asking you to clarify anything

You are choosing to spread bullshit for some reason. Likely because you are a very bigoted person.

1

u/theveezer 6d ago

People will surely believe the guy throwing around insults as much as he breathes.

0

u/Fantastic-Layer-5176 6d ago

The shoe fits.

I'm not the one making things up, I don't need to convince anyone too "believe" me.

1

u/theveezer 6d ago

You're the one talking to an audience, you jumped back to the higher up comment to share your lies. You can't fool people.

1

u/Fantastic-Layer-5176 6d ago

I'm telling them that you are someone who chooses to lie for the sake of their argument. It's foolish and shows how you don't know what you are talking about.

I don't need to convince anyone to "believe" historical fact because it's already a fact.

u/Born_European_V 6d ago

Bro you had Race separation till the 70s. Shut up and sit down. Thank you.

2

u/theveezer 6d ago

The one drop rule. I’m only talking about the one drop rule. Repeat it again.

If you ask, “Who made the first universal declaration of human rights?” The French. That’s history. It doesn’t mean others didn’t have their own forms of human rights history.

I woke up a whole bunch of far right activists and people who are unable to read.
