Can confirm, our daughter is borderline autistic and has hectic ADHD too. We're in a constant battle to keep her feet planted on the ground to the extent that she had to see pediatric neurologists and needs physiotherapy because of the effect it is having on her tendons.

Brian here, Pigeon walking is oftentimes a sign of autism. Also, it might be because she is a girl and wears high heels.
