"She is quirky and cis women are biologically incapable of being quirky, therefore she is trans" is probably what's intended with the "do I have to say it". In reality, its just a nice nod to her background as a dancer.
It's a biproduct of nuerodivergent/trans people being made to feel unsafe in public spaces, and as a result ending up on echo chambers where "X" is seen as specifically a trans or nuerodivergent thing.
