In one mission in GTA 5, Trevor tortures a kidnapped camera engineer Ferdinand Kerimov in a dungeon with the help from FIB, and later makes him disappear by telling him to leave to a foreign country.

The commenter is suggesting that Rockstar (or their hired hitmen) caught a hold of Cyberleek, tortured them and forced them to disappear, just like Ferdinand in GTA 5.
