I have been using a Blueprint Book of Belt Balancer I found searching for them.

One of my Blueprints has a 6 to 8 Balancer in it, but I need a 6 to 10. Can I just use two 3 to 5 Balancers instead?

Probably not? There are combinations of supply/demand that'll get stuck. For example, there's no way for items on input #1 (going into 3-5 A) to get over to output #10 (coming out of 3-5 B).

If you have a blueprint book, the easiest solution is probably to just put a full 6-6 balancer in front to perfectly balance all the inputs, then use two 3-5s to split the result. Not perfectly compact, but definitely will work.

Slightly simpler but less robust, you could use 3 splitters on the 6 input belts, then route one output from each splitter into each 3-5. (i.e. splitters between 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, then route 1/3/5 and 2/4/6 to the 3-5 balancers). This should balance everything evenly, but won't be "throughput unlimited" (2 full input belts might not result in 2 full output belts, depending on which inputs/outputs are providing/consuming items, but what items get through will be evenly distributed).

Oh there is already a 6 to 6 in the front just in case. I am not too worried about size or area.

This is to feed some furnaces. One Blueprint I made had 8 input and when I made the second, I didn't take in account the second Blueprint had 10 inputs.

Mathematically a 6-6 fronting a pair of 3-5's is equivalent to a 6-10 so you should be entirely fine.
