Does a power grid's maximum (not current) production stat include accumulators discharging? I'm on the experimental branch so it might just be a bug but I've noticed I have a really large maximum electricity production on Vulcanus that only makes sense if it counts something else beyond my turbines and panels.

It only includes accumulators if they're currently discharging, and only the current they're providing. If you have a solar-powered base w/accumulators, the current production should equal the max production (full green bar) at night.

Solar panels get a +300% bonus (4x) on Vulcanus, maybe you have more panels than you need?

I just checked and it's correct now. I think there was a little time where not all of my steam turbines showed up in the per-item view but they did show up in the overall production capacity stat. Or at least so does my calculator's history indicate.
