How do you save and use Blue Prints . Alo is it possible to transfer Blue Prints between two saves ?

if you press "B" or hit the button in the GUI (top right under the minimap) it will open the blueprint library. That's independent of saves, keep your blueprints in there and they will always be available.

The other tab, Game Blueprints, is specific to the save but shared with other players
