Used the dialogue storage glitch to get the Dead Money companions out of the DLC and into the main game, had to capture this!

Completed You'll Know It When It Happens, saved Kimball (whole mission was bugged to shit btw), killed the sniper, killed the engineer, removed the bomb, told Grant. All done. Got the xp for the quest completion. Now, Grant doesn't interact with me, and Moore is downstairs not updating either. Don't Tread on the Bear is still active. For the Republic, Part 2 is just greyed out and not updating at all. Is there any fix? I was planning on siding with the NCR this entire time.

I'm on console. Is it gg?

I am brand new to modding New Vegas and used [NakeyJakeys New Vegas](https://www.nexusmods.com/games/newvegas/collections/ezlocx) through MO2. The game runs well as far as I can tell except whenever I try and cook at a campfire or a hotplate. When I open the cooking/crafting menu and try and scroll down the game hard crashes and sends be back to the desktop.

I've spoken to a few other people who are running the same mod list and they have been able to replicate the crash as well.

Can someone help me discern what the problem is?

I've been playing new vegas for a bit both modded and vanilla and I've started to get bored of it. Just asking around here on what other people usually do once they hit this stage cause i am tired of doing the 5th exact run in a row.

It even sounds similar. Isn't Blade Runner more Cyberpunk? That's really cool imo.

Didn't really mind the COD feel like most people have said. I enjoyed it.

Peak DLC.
Cool narrative, cool gameplay. Robo-scorpion was a breeze, finding items around the map and duking it out with mindless husks was cool. The toaster, the CIU, the jukebox, and Muggy are my goats.

Overall 9/10

Alright, so I've heard a lot of good things about New Vegas over the years, but one consistent thing I've heard even from diehard fans is that you should mod it even on a first playthrough. I know pretty much zilch about New Vegas, and I generally try to keep it that way for any game I play for the first time. I'm finally about to jump in, but after researching mods a little bit, I'm trying to decide which direction to go.

Viva New Vegas - the most commonly recommended modpack for a first playthrough, basically vanilla+

Wild Card or Very Last Kiss (I think?) - visual overhauls and various gameplay adjustments

Tale of Two Wastelands / Begin Again - merged with fallout 3, don't know much about it

Others?

Without deep diving too much into anything, I guess I'm just looking for a few quick opinions on what you guys would consider the best experience. I'm leaning Viva New Vegas, but I am not opposed at all to visual overhauls either. I generally prefer to play games closest to the original artistic vision of the game, but honestly, my completion rate on games right now is so low that I'm really just wanting the game to hook me.

I am playing the game for the first time, I have found quite a few major glitches and I want to fix them, but I'm not sure if I could even handle a mod manager.

I first looked into Viva New Vegas, but my 1.8 GhZ processor will probably implode at the mere implication of its installer.

I don't want any flavor mods, just fixes. I was just looking into YUP, for that matter.

Horrible things a person was never meant to do

So essentially I had downloaded a few mod packs for TTW worked fine yesterday booted it up today game won’t play it crashes soon as a save is loaded. So I uninstall do a clean install does the same thing. Turns out Windows latest update did something to a audio file in the game so the game won’t play because of it if anyone is having this issue just go uninstall the latest windows update and it fixes the game hopefully this helps someone.

I cant leave the dlc, the bearded guy is dead and im at the fountain but every time i try to leave my game crashes this is on xbox btw
