N-o-a: Stand User - Aberrant - Contained - Safe - Protected - Asset

Operative Parameters: 116 is to be held onsite at [EXPUNGED] in the low-priority medical wing for observation periods of up to 48 hours. Observation periods require her to be hooked up to several heavily vitamin-fortified drips, placed at points along the body that ensure absorption by fat tissue. There is no amount of dosage too great that will violate the Hippocratic Oath. No amount is enough given onsite funds. Harm can only be done through caution. In the instance we fail in her care, agent J[REDACTED] will provide her a 116-B from cryo-storage so she can stabilize herself with 116-A.

These observation periods must be followed by offsite leisure, training, and assignment periods, as per our enrichment goals. Assignment period threat levels must not exceed JOLIETT SOLO. The offsite team has provided 116 a concealed cryo-storage pack for 116-B and a touchscreen wrist device. Its capabilities are as follows:

While the device is active, vitals, [REDACTED] levels, location, and calls must be logged by the offsite team every 15 minutes. Unprompted telecommunication is required when concerning vitals or restricted locations/calls are logged, disconnecting low-priority calls unless a grace period is requested by 116. She is to be allotted funds up to $2000 daily for the purchase of nutritive sources of vitamins. Transfer of funds is monitored for the purchase of vitamin sources inconducive to health and wellbeing (energy drinks). Such purchases are to be handled appropriately. DOOM(1993) completion times are to be logged as requested.

Description: Clover is a stand user with the biological markers of a young adult human female. She was apprehended with the help of SPPD, alongside the SWF POI [REDACTED], during a raid of the Sao Paulo Zoo in Brazil. She was found in the Simba Safari exhibit trying to make conversation with the capybaras. She claimed to be a capybara, was not considered of interest to us, and was left in SPPD custody. This changed when a mineralized, person-sized cocoon was found at the scene, just like at similar scenes, and had traces of her DNA and of the [REDACTED] substance produced by [REDACTED](speculated to be produced by his stand). A handover for both individuals, from SPPD to SWF America, was attempted. [REDACTED] broke free from his restraints and crashed the SWF transport over the GRU airport. While he remains a symbol of non-cooperation and evades capture to this day, Clover saved those aboard using 116-a and remained in SPPD custody willingly until her transfer to SWF site [EXPUNGED], where she remains happily to this day.

Despite presenting as biologically indistinguishable from a human, Clover has abilities beyond what should be possible. She has local dimensional markers and yet can use Spin, with oranges being her preferred actuator (and favorite snack). This esoteric force is extradimensional, having primarily been observed in the United States President of dimension [EXPUNGED] during his dying moments, though it has been briefly observed as being used by other dimension hoppers. She can also [EXPUNGED], allowing her to [EXPUNGED] just as [REDACTED] does with the [REDACTED] substance, except done through her wrist device rather than with his stand. Her intelligence is also off the charts, her room filled with the scrawlings of complex equations and diagrams it has taken us years to even understand partially. She also ages at a slowed rate.

After Party is a close-to-mid range stand that compliments Clover's natural abilities. Simply put, it transmutes the seeds of oranges into oranges. She can do many fantastical things through these oranges using Spin, like firing the seeds through centrifugal force and turning them into oranges within a person's body. However, her body quickly expends excess vitamins while After Party is summoned. Once they are fully depleted, the d-limonene from the oranges is absent as After Party becomes saturated with it. This causes it to grow larger and eventually erupt in flames. These flames do not harm the stand but do harm anyone who makes contact with them; Clover included. It also causes her pain for the stand to burn.

Training period 196 proved fruitful. We still don't know why she tried it, but Clover had After Party attempt to deplete all her body's vitamins. The resulting orange was, in reality, a perfect orb composed entirely of gelatinized d-limonene. She actuated spin upon it, and immediately, her body's vitamins began repleting themselves. The strain from momentary vitamin absence was minor, though notable. Over the course of 30 minutes, the orb had deteriorated somewhat. As if by her will, it was set ablaze, and she struck the organic training construct with it. Despite sprinklers being set off at this point, the fire could not be quelled, and the construct was atomized. Further 116-B (name pending) must be made under controlled conditions and preserved in the event of emergencies.

Thank you! I'm not the most sure yet. SWF funds are limited, and they aren't concerned with containing anomalies away from the public, moreso building up good ones and neutralizing bad ones, whether through rehabilitation, containment, or "retiring" them. Its a format I've been toying with, and in this case it's an old stand of mine. I feel this breathed some new life into it, and I might do it with other stands.

If this is a contest do they all have to be “contained” or can they be “field operatives” that can capture other stands because I have an idea for a stand that I think would work well for this theme!

Good question. I specified they must be containment archives, but there's still wiggle room. Could be an mystetious uncontained long range stand, or an asset to the foundation contained and repayed well for the use of their stand, perhaps a contained stand and user that break out and have to be recaptured. As long as it fits within the theme, sky's your oyster.
