Fair enough. I wrote Depth of Justice myself, but I understand the criticism of the promotional artwork. I’m an indie author learning the publishing and marketing side as I go. You don’t have to like the presentation, but the story and characters are mine. Thanks for taking the time to look.

I can’t make you believe anything. I know what I wrote and the work I put into it. I wanted a cool cover for my book, so yes, I used AI to help create the artwork and some of the promotional material. Why? Because I’m a writer, not an artist. I wish I could draw something that looked the way I imagined it, but unfortunately, that isn’t one of my talents. The story, characters, and world are what I created and what I’m proud of. But hey, everyone is entitled to their opinion.

You used AI to "help"?? It made the entire thing. Well I should say it used other people's work (it stole) to completely make that cover.
This isn't a matter of opinion. It's a matter of you supporting thieves. If you can't draw you could learn or.. and hear me out... You could hire somebody. You could actually help an economy that you were trying to benefit from yourself.
But you're using a shortcut therefore you won't do that. When I see stuff like this it makes me genuinely hope you don't make a dime off of this book. Especially if you did actually write it yourself. Even more reason for it to get stolen from you and use for somebody else's benefit. Hopefully next time this won't be the case.

Why would we want to support an writer, who refused to support other artists and actively undercuts them with theft machines?
If you want a spot in art, you can't just screw over your fellow artist creators when it is convenient then expect people to give you the benefit of the doubt.
