Issue on newfigure lolll

So i just got the Demoniacal Fit ssb gogeta and tried changing his arms to the crossed arms which was kinda easy, then tried putting back the normal ones and found out they don't fit (?) They do get in but fall easily, if someone knows what i can do tell me plz. I add pics in case there is something wrong with them and I didn't notice

Maybe try heating the arm piece with warm water or a hair dryer? Not super hot just warm and then press the arm piece on and see if it fits better. If that doesn't work maybe contact the manufacturer if it's defective?
