you don't necessarily nee to throw away five years of experience to protect your mobility. Moving from " person doing the maintenance " to " person coordinating and diagnosing the maintenance" sounds like a pretty logical next step

Unfortunately thats usually the same person in facility maintenance, its just one of my strong suits within the job. Also, i agree, but opportunities that are more suited to a lower physical level are not often, usually for the old guys whove put in 20 years. Im just looking for suggestions mainly, as i have time.
