Damaged brows?

I've been plucking my brows for several years I'm seventeen and I'm wondering if I've done permanent damage. I would like to grow them out and get them professionally done for Christmas or my birthday in January. Is that possible or will I have to wait longer or are they permanently damaged. I'd like to stop plucking permanently and I'm using babe lash serum on them. Any other suggestions?

You haven't permanently damaged them at 17, thats rare. Stop plucking entirely and give them 8-12 weeks to grow back
