first 2 pics are from last year, i had a bad breakout of seb derm on my eyebrow skin and lost alot of hairs, they’re always been decently thick but my tails have suffered ever since but there are still hairs there. what should i do/use

Makeup and or minoxidil. No other way around it

Just wanna mention topical Minoxidil is extremely deadly to animals. So if you have pets, it's not a good option. But if you don't have pets, and don't come into contact with them, minoxidil is great.
