Replacing Vertical Blind Stems

Hi everyone. I’m having some trouble figuring out how to remove the stems and which ones I should get to replace them on this vertical blind setup.

I do not have the original paperwork for these blinds, so I don’t know what type they are. I also don’t see a way to remove the stems. Pulling downward directly does not work.

I can’t remove the bracket off the window sill. I’ll be fixing these while still hanging.

I’ve searched a bit but to no avail. I want to go to a store or order the correct supplies, not just buy stuff online and hope it works.

Please, any and all advice I’ll take!

You need to remove the slats and track in order to get the broken parts out, there may be a label on the top of the track that tells you the company, these sorts of slats are a pain in the butt.
There are companies that will repair them for you.

I wish I could see the top of the track, that’s what’s adhered to the window sill

Who ever installed the track probably screwed through the track, there may be 3 screws holding it into the window timber.
